With spring in full swing at the upstart of May, and the anticipation of fun in the summer sun, I felt like exploring the creative side of things; creating myself, learning how things are created, and acknowledging those along the way that have created previous creations that make today’s creations possible.
For starters I wanted to post about the idea of fermentation:
Wikipedia has an article on:
Fermentation
fermentation (plural fermentations)
(biochemistry) Any of many anaerobic biochemical reactions in which an enzyme (or several enzymes produced by a microorganism) catalyses the conversion of one substance into another; especially the conversion (using yeast) of sugars to alcohol or acetic acid with the evolution of carbon dioxide.
A state of agitation or excitement; a ferment.
So there really could be the creation of a great many things when left to ferment with a little agitation or excitement resulting in a positive or less than favorable result.
Simply stated, grapes turn into wine and gripes turn into whine. Create what you want, but remember, it’s more pleasant to be asked to pop the cork than to be asked to “stick a cork in it.”
