Someone or  something that is trusted, and can be counted on, to perform in the clutch or deliver the goods.  In short, they are mint.  With the summer sun burning up the thermostat, the Olympics beginning soon, and America&#8217;s favorite pastime celebrating the All-Star game this month I felt it would be mint to celebrate those people and things that are mint in our lives.  They&#8217;re the ones who seem to be cool as a cucumber when everyone else is withering from the heat.  And for some reason, they do it as though it&#8217;s natural, if not seemingly routine.  Like a good mint julep, they&#8217;re refreshing and intoxicating.<br \/>\nAnd starting this month off I thought it would be appropriate to give the first shout out to Mint itself.
